Dee Dee aka Witness 8 has SUPERPOWERS!

Let me take you on a little journey of SUPERPOWERS. It has been written that since Trayvon was young, tall, black and played football that he had every quality in the making, (in their racists eyes) – that he could turn from a normal, playful, helpful teenager, walking home with some Skittles for his little brother, and a Arizona Tea drink for himself, while talking to his girlfriend, into a confrontational wild animal that wanted to beat George with his bare hands – to death – for no reason at all.

In their narrow-minded minds, they automatically assume that every young black male has the ability to read another person’s mind, and attack before being attacked. That is one SUPERPOWER. They also would have you believe that if you are black you can run like a deer. That is another SUPERPOWER. All young black males know how to fight MMA style. They have the ability to turn bare, young fists, into lethal weapons. That is another SUPERPOWER. They also would have you believe that if you are tall, you have an undisputed advantage. Again, another amazing SUPERPOWER.

SUPERPOWERS were not only assigned to the young teenaged boy named Trayvon Martin, but also given to a young female named “DeeDee”, aka Witness 8. This name has been assigned to her for the sake of protecting her identity.

Mark O’Mara, West, Rene Stutzman, and The Treehouse (along with other Pro-GZ sites) would like the general public to believe that she knew everything before it happened, as well as what happened after Trayvon was shot. Therefore by being associated with Trayvon, (add in the fact that she is also black) can only mean…..wait for it…….she has SUPERPOWERS as well!!!!!

I will name her supposedly SUPERPOWERS that others have put out there in a bit. But first I need to address a couple of things to you, our avid readers.

First off, there is the little matter of her age that has been blown way out of proportion by the nutters …. and O’Mara. What is her real age? Is she 16? Is she 17? Is she 18? O’Mara and company have consistently brought this issue up in the court hearings and on the blogs. O’Mara keeps insisting that he has no clue as to her “real age”. What difference does it make?! Take her deposition and ASK HER!!!  Bernie de la Rionda has had to constantly repeat himself to Judge Nelson during these hearings regarding the same. Her age is of no consequence to the trial that will take place on June 10^th, 2013. If the young lady is a minor, or 18, she is still afforded the same protections and privacy to her like every other witness on the State’s list.

The choice to keep her so well protected is a choice that her parents made (and I might add an excellent well thought out decision to keep her protected was indeed the right choice). That is their job – to protect her against ill will and harm, protect her from people who mean to do her harm, through the internet and/or in person. Mark O’Mara even posted a message on his website about doxing and cyber-attacks. O’Mara thinks the State of Florida vs. George Zimmerman, rest solely on the shoulders of Dee Dee. He is DEAD WRONG. Because O’Mara is looking to the blogosphere for his information, and taking advice from the nutters, he thinks that by discrediting her, the charges will go away. WRONG AGAIN! We have the bullet casing, the location of the body, Zimmerman’s statements, and something called forensics. That is all we need to convict him – he’ll be convicted based solely on hard-core evidence. They (O’Mara and Co) would give their eyetooth to know where and who she is. The decision to keep her identity and whereabouts hidden were made by her parents well before Crump had found her.

The amount of effort that the Pro GZ camps have gone through to find out who she is has gotten to the point were legal action will be taken against those sites and the posters involved. Authorities have a legal right to go after those who have claimed to have “outed” Dee Dee, (the WRONG Dee Dee but have been trying just the same) – it’s criminal behavior. Now those who have committed this crime  claim they didn’t have the “right Dee Dee”, therefore no legal ramifications can come about. WRONG! They still broke the law regardless if you had – the wrong DeeDee or the right DeeDee. You still put an innocent person at risk of being harassed, tormented and put in danger. I hope and pray that this person seeks legal counsel, if she hasn’t already.

Now Ladies and Gentlemen, on to the SUPERPOWERS of a young black female called Dee Dee!

SUPERPOWER #1:  The ability to know something will happen before it happens. (This is a shared SUPERPOWER between Trayvon and Dee Dee).

O’Mara and others assume that because she was on the phone with Trayvon, before he was shot in the heart, that she knows that Trayvon had intentions to do harm to GZ. It couldn’t be further from the truth. The harm that was about to be committed was planned by GZ himself. His NEN call tells it all.  She has conveyed to us through her statement with Crump the following:
(In my own words)While George was on his NEN call reporting his description of Trayvon, Trayvon was doing the exact same thing with Dee Dee. Trayvon was giving a description of George. Trayvon said that a “creepy white dude” was watching him. Also relayed to her by Trayvon was that the “man” was following behind him in a car. He was about to run to the back because it’s easier. He thought he lost him. But here he is again, right behind him. Why are you following me for? Someone bumped Trayvon. She heard grass sounds, she also heard  ”GET OFF”! and then the phone disconnects, or goes dead ………

That my friends was a call that built a “Timeline”. A specific timeline was established by her phone records, Trayvon’s phone records and GZ phone records.

SUPERPOWER #2: The ability to produce her own phone records, and Trayvon’s as well.

This is truly a very unique SUPERPOWER. She not only has the power to construct, make up billing and type up in specific times of calls received and made, but is able to do this to coincide with Trayvon’s billing records and GZ’s records as well. Considering her age and the expertise needed to do this to, (along with the added special ability to hack into T-Mobile, her phone company, and Gz as well) this is truly the most amazing SUPERPOWER!!! The other side screams “WE WANT THE PING LOGS”! It’s all about the PINGS! PINGS! PINGS!. These idiots actually believe that the ping logs of Trayvon’s phone, and Dee Dee’s, will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Trayvon was not where they say he was. They are so WRONG!

In the hearing on Feb. 5^th, 2013, the GPS data was obtained from Trayvon’s phone. During the hearing, O’Mara had stated that he doesn’t understand the data provided. Well DUH! WE DO! Bernie de la Rionda asked O’Mara if he wanted him to connect the dots for him.  In another words,  your client is TOAST! Ever heard of the “Be careful what you wish for” phrase O’Mara? Well there you go. Not only did you get your wish regarding Trayvon’s phone, but also the GPS data that establishes where he was and wasn’t – it may also have a photo of your client. Remember Serino’s words, “This kid took a lot of pictures with his phone”.  

SUPERPOWER #3: The ability to memorize, categorize, and decipher the data released to the public when she was interviewed by Crump. This SUPERPOWER right here is the best).

In reviewing audio, discovery documents, witness 911 calls, maps, court motions, photographs, statements made by the defendant, etc., it took us weeks, months (even with the help of Audiologists, Physic Teachers, Lawyers, Psychologists, Nurses, and my favorite, blue collar workers of every race, creed, and religion out there) to decipher and break down the data. She did it in no time at all. This is SUPERPOWER to the MAX!!!! It has been said over and over again in the blogosphere (you know what blog) that she had knowledge of EVERYTHING when Crump took her informal interview and that Crump somehow had “coached” her. WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!

Let’s look at some facts:

Fact: Trayvon’s phone could not be accessed do to PASSWORD PROTECTION.  Dee Dee was not known to anyone. The Police Dept. wasn’t aware of her because they couldn’t get into his phone. His father was not aware of Dee Dee, because he himself had to wait for the phone records.

Fact: SPD only released the 911 calls, (and more importantly for Dee Dee´s testimony) GZ´s NEN call for broadcast on the 16^th of March 2012 – while according to Crump he only found out about DeeDee on the 18th March and interviewed her on the 19th, therefore the fact her story tallies in parts with both GZ´s, and with some of the resident witnesses, would go to show it was NOT a concocted story after the calls had been released.

Fact: The 911 calls with timestamps were released 9/19/12:

The available data that has been presented not only proves that she was not aware of all of the above, but did not have the data, presumably the available skills, equipment, resources, and the will for that matter, to do such a great undertaking. This is what I call black female stereotyping to the MAX! It is very much the same as in the beginning of this post regarding young black male stereotyping.

O’Mara and those who supports GZ, want us to believe that this young lady, deciphered 911 calls, interviewed other witnesses that heard exactly what she heard, (Wit-11) (“What’cha doin’ around here”), got with them to get their stories to click, talked to GZ, confirmed that he had seen Trayvon by the mailboxes, got phone information from all the witnesses and addresses, search the blogs and internet for any theories out there, debunk them, put a voodoo curse on Trayvon’ phone so it couldn’t be opened, and split herself into two Dee Dee’s (possibly three) LOL! and SMH! (supposedly all done in about 72 hours before her informal interview with Crump, ABC and its representative Matt Gutman in attendance)

That is what I call some serious SUPERPOWERS of this young, black, female witness called “Dee Dee”.
